• Cylinders are bored with a Rottler bar so they are perpendicular to the main saddle
• Deck surfaces are milled parallel to crank centerline to guarantee a consistent compression ratio and an ideal gasket surface
• Main bore is align honed to assure proper size and concentricity
  Cylinders are torque plate honed on a Sunnen CK-21 using diamonds to provide the correct clearance and the right crosshatch for optimum oil control
• Rods are reconditioned and come with APR bolts on Level 2 engines
• Balanced as an assembly for better performance and longer life
